Eaton’s ES AMER ARS division is currently seeking a Quality Inspector (3rd Shift).

The hourly rate for this position is $18.94/hour plus a $1.00/hour shift differential.

What you’ll do:

Eaton’s Commercial Product Assemblies division is seeking a 3rd shift Quality Inspector at our Hodges, SC location.

Hourly Rate: Starting at $18.94 with a $1.00 per hour shift premium.

Position Overview: The Quality Inspector will perform detailed inspection functions to ensure products meet or exceed specifications, selecting appropriate inspection equipment, methods, and procedures. They will ensure product quality aligns with customer expectations and industry standards.

In this role, you will:

• Conduct detailed inspections of materials, components, or final products.
• Use tools and equipment to measure and test products for compliance.
• Record inspection results and maintain documentation.
• Identify and document defects or deviations.
• Verify compliance with regulatory and industry standards.
• Collaborate with production teams to address quality concerns.
• Suggest process improvements based on inspection findings.
• Conduct routine audits of production processes.
• Provide training on quality standards and inspection techniques.
• Perform follow-up inspections after corrective actions.

Qualifications:

Required:

• Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.

Preferred:

• Minimum three months of manufacturing experience.
• Experience using hand and air tools.
• One year of experience in MS Windows environment (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
