Qualifications

Job Summary: QA Inspectors compare in-process and finished goods to specifications and report variances.

Responsibilities include:

• Inspect first pieces for conformance
• Write detailed inspection reports
• Use inspection techniques to measure complex parts
• Compare measurements to blueprints and standards
• Utilize statistical process control where applicable
• Assist in training new technicians
• Ensure equipment calibration

Additional duties:

• Maintain supplies
• Follow GMP regulations
• Communicate with team members
• Participate in training and shift work as needed
• Report safety hazards
• Perform audits and other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

High School Diploma or equivalent required; 2-4 years of quality inspection experience preferred. Must be attentive to detail, able to read reports, and physically capable of walking, lifting up to 50 pounds, and working in a clean room environment with PPE.
