Job summary

SITE Staffing Inc. in Oak Creek, WI seeks a 2nd shift Electronics Inspector to perform visual inspection and measurements to specifications, record data, and reject nonconforming materials.

Role requires 1 year in electronics manufacturing, GMP knowledge, IPC-A-610 familiarity, basic computer skills, and clear English communication with operators and QA. Monday–Friday, 2:30pm–11:00pm, pay $20–$22/hour.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum 1 year in electronics manufacturing.
• Basic computer skills.
• GMP/Operations knowledge.
• EMS or equivalent experience.
• IPC A-610 or IPC-A-600 familiarity.
• Proficient English verbal communication with operators and QA.

Responsibilities

• Independently performs product visual inspection and measurements to specifications.
• Record inspection data and reject nonconforming materials.
• Participate in issue resolution.
• Follow action plans for detected non-conformances.
• Escalate recurring defects per Stop Call Wait process.
• Participate in Tier meetings as needed.
• Other duties and responsibilities as assigned.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

include, but not limited to:

• Independently performs product visual inspection and measurements by assessing compliance to specifications, records inspection data and rejects nonconforming materials.
• Participate in issue resolution.
• Follow action plans when a non-conformance is detected.
• Utilize Stop Call Wait and Escalate process for reoccurring defects to supervisors
• Participate in Tier meetings as needed
• Other duties and responsibilities as assigned

QUALIFICATIONS

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum 1-year working experience in electronics manufacturing
• Basic computer skills
• Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP)/Operations knowledge
• Electronic Manufacturing Service (EMS) or equivalent experience.
• IPC A-610 (inspection acceptance) or applicable standard (e.g. IPC-A600).
• Proficient English verbal communication with Operators and Quality tea
