Overview

Role and Responsibilities

• Inspect raw materials and outsourced products upon receipt.
• Document and communicate quality issues to the supply chain.
• Check the filling line before production to ensure cleanliness and proper setup.
• Inspect finished products for quality attributes such as fill weight, heat seal, color, odor, lot number, torque, appearance, and pallet configuration.
• Record quality control findings and review production records.
• Archive quality documents appropriately.
• Train production staff on quality procedures.
• Collaborate with production to resolve quality issues.
• Conduct detailed inspections for new products.

Qualifications

• Ability to stand continuously during tasks.
• Strong math, communication, and attention to detail skills.
• Basic computer proficiency.

Compensation and Benefits

Pay range: $19.00/hr - $21.00/hr, depending on skills and experience.
