Qualifications

• 2+ years of mechanical inspection experience - preferred.
• Strong blue print reading and GD&T skills.
• Experience with manual inspection equipment.
• A background in Machining or Manufacturing.
• Ability to operate (or become certified in) forklifts and crane systems.

Responsibilities

• Perform in-process and final inspection of machined parts.
• Ensure parts are clean and free of debris prior to inspection.
• Safely handle parts using forklifts, overhead cranes, and jib cranes.
• Use manual measurement tools (micrometers, calipers, bore gauges, height gauges) to verify parts meet customer and quality requirements (AS9100, ISO 9001).
• Document inspection results and maintain traceability.
• Identify and segregate nonconforming product.

What You'll Do

In this role, you'll support precision machining operations through inspection of tight-tolerance components for Aerospace, Defense, and Industrial applications in a clean, organized and team focused setting.

• Weekly pay: Starting at $20/hr - $25/hr, depending on experience
• 2nd Shift hours available, with an additional 10% Shift Differential on 2nd Shift

What You’ll Bring To The Table

• 2+ years of mechanical inspection experience - preferred
