Job summary

You will use precision measuring equipment and apply standard inspection methods to support manufacturing operations.

Responsibilities include reading engineering drawings, verifying acceptance criteria, documenting results, and assisting with corrective actions as needed.

Qualifications

• General knowledge of component parts and finished products.
• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and specifications.
• Familiarity with inspection methods and sampling techniques.
• Experience using precision measuring instruments.

Responsibilities

• Perform in-process inspections of component parts and final product assemblies.
• Inspect incoming vendor-supplied materials and purchased components for specifications and quality requirements.
• Interpret engineering drawings, specifications, and quality standards to determine acceptance criteria.
• Operate inspection equipment such as micrometers, calipers, and optical comparators.
• Document inspection results and report findings to supervision.
