• Ability to lift: Up to 25 lbs regularly, Up to 50 lbs frequently, Up to 100 lbs occasionally (with assistance).

• Conduct cross-checks at each operation stage against prints, travelers, inspection sheets, Control Plans, and visual criteria.
• Issue gauges to employees and ensure gauges are calibrated and properly identified.
• Collect, document, and enter inspection results and quality records.
• Monitor gauge inventory and quality-related supplies.
• Identify, document, and report nonconforming product.
• Ensure all inspections and tests follow required inspection protocols.
• Train operations personnel on updated or changed quality inspection processes.
• Support plant-wide communication of Quality Alerts and quality concerns.
• Exercise the authority to stop production when nonconforming parts are detected.
• Assist other members of the Quality Department as needed.
• Perform other duties as assigned

Description

Monday–Thursday, 5:00 AM – 3:00 PM, overtime based on business need.

What You’ll Do

• Perform product testing and inspection (visual, dimensional, pressure decay, vacuum decay, etc.)
• Conduct cross‑checks at each operation stage against prints/drawings, travelers, inspection sheets, Control Plans, and visual criteria
