Ideal candidates have a High School Diploma or GED, 3+ years in FDA/regulated inspection, and hands-on use of calipers, micrometers, and CMMs. Strong cross‑department collaboration and a keen eye for detail are essential.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent work experience required.
• 3+ years of experience in inspection within an FDA or regulated environment.
• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and specifications.
• Experience with CMM operation and programming is a plus.
• 20/20 vision required, with or without corrective lenses.

Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough inspections of incoming, in-process, and finished products to ensure compliance with quality standards.
• Develop and maintain strong internal working relationships across departments.
• Utilize hand measuring tools such as calipers and micrometers for precise measurements.
• Read and interpret engineering drawings and apply Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing (GD&T).
• Perform 100% inspections of non-conformance reports (NCRs) and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
