Summary: Enru Logistics and Postal Optimization is looking for a Quality Inspector 1. This role sits on-site in Bolingbrook, IL, USA. Coordinate, develop and monitor manufacturing crew production schedules. Analyze production specifications and plant capacity data to determine material and human resource requirements. Interpret production data to identify needs and staffing requirements.

Responsibilities:

1. Perform inspections to ensure quality standards are met.
2. Record inspection data and escalate quality issues to the appropriate teams for quick resolution.
3. Collaborate with production teams to address quality concerns before products reach our customers.
4. Help develop and refine processes to meet customer expectations and improve quality standards.
5. Participate in special improvement projects and contribute your ideas to improve our processes.
6. Lead in root cause analysis and troubleshooting to ensure smooth operations.
7. Use your knowledge of color management and collaborate with Customer Service on design recommendations (experience with color is a plus, but not required).

Position Specific Details:

• 2nd shift (adjusted hours). Preferred working times are 1:30 PM to 9:30 PM.

Qualifications:

1. 2+ years of relevant experience in manufacturing operations or a similar field (or equivalent education/training).
2. Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and manage deadlines.
3. Excellent communication skills—you’ll be working with multiple departments!
4. Tech-savvy with intermediate knowledge of MS Office (or equivalent programs).
5. Comfortable using quality-related tools (like tape measures and calipers) to ensure product accuracy.
6. Flexibility to work overtime as needed and occasionally lift up to 50 lbs.

IL Comp Info:

• Pay range: $16.50 to $22.28.
