Job summary

Integrity Trade Services is seeking a Quality Inspector in Pewaukee, WI. The role starts at $20.00/hour with a 1st shift from Monday to Thursday, 5:30 AM to 3:45 PM.

You will conduct visual inspections, perform specialized tests, read engineering drawings, and document results to ensure product quality and compliance. The position requires strong attention to detail, good communication skills, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.

Qualifications

• Attention to detail and commitment to quality assurance.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and specifications.
• Basic math skills: addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division.
• Experience with casting inspection and welding evaluations is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Conduct visual inspections and perform specialized tests on raw materials, in-process goods, and finished products.
• Use inspection techniques such as dye penetrants, binders, catalysts, washes, and pressure soap tests to verify product quality.
• Perform final inspections of castings before shipment to ensure they meet standards.
• Document inspection results and maintain detailed logs and reports.
• Read and interpret technical drawings and specifications for product compliance.
• Evaluate castings within the welding rack and conduct evaluations as needed.
• Communicate inspection findings clearly to supervisors and teams.
• Contribute to continuous process improvements in inspection methods.
