Conduct activities and functions in quality control covering inspection, measuring, and testing of incoming material and company products during its production processes and final products in accordance with the standards and specifications requirement. Perform other duties as per request within agreed job competencies.

Responsibilities

• Inspect and approve incoming materials by confirming specifications, conducting visual and measurement tests, and rejecting and returning unacceptable materials.
• Inspect in-process production by confirming specifications, conducting visual and measurement tests, communicating required adjustments to production.
• Approve finished products by confirming specifications, conducting visual and measurement tests, returning products for re-work, and confirming re-work.
• Document inspection results by completing reports, logs, and inputting data into quality database.
• Keep measurement equipment operating by following operating instructions and calibration requirements.
• Maintain a safe and healthy work environment by following standards, procedures, and complying with company regulations.
• Complete related duties as needed to accomplish quality and organizational missions.
• Follow all safety rules, procedures, and instructions.
• Use PPE and safety equipment as required.
• Report unsafe conditions, equipment, or practices to supervisors immediately.
• Participate in safety training and drills.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace to minimize hazards.

Qualifications, Education, and Experience

• Minimum 1 year in quality control.
• Experience in a manufacturing environment.

Skills and Competencies

• Good teamwork and positive attitude.
• Interpersonal and people management skills.
• Computer literate with basic technical drawing interpretation skills.
• Able to handle inspection tools and basic measuring equipment such as calipers, micrometers, and height gauges.
• Ability to work independently with initiative.
