Job summary

MillenniumSoft Inc. in Sumter, SC seeks a Quality Inspector for the night shift to perform product testing, inspection, and release documentation review to ensure compliance with specifications and Quality System Regulations.

The role involves reviewing documentation, signing release papers, and coordinating with supervision to finalize lot releases, while adhering to safety and quality standards on a rotating 8pm-8am schedule.

Qualifications

• HS diploma or GED required.
• Steel toe or composite safety shoes required.
• Eye exam required.
• Drug screening not required.

Responsibilities

• Perform various testing procedures and simple statistical analysis.
• Conduct complete inspection of product prior to release per applicable specifications.
• Sign release documentation for raw materials or finished goods prior to warehouse/shipment transfer.
• Compile and review release documentation for lot device history records before submitting to supervision for final approval.
• Stat sample all hold products per specification requirements.
• Record inspection and audit findings on appropriate forms and/or in the Quality Module of SAP.
• Report product nonconformance issues to the Quality Leader/Superintendent, Quality Operations/Lead Person, and Production Supervisor.
• Control chart defect trends in product quality.
• Maintain adherence to safety, environmental, and quality system standards.
