Job summary

Star Staffing is seeking Quality Inspectors for a manufacturing facility in Santa Rosa, CA. The role entails performing visual, dimensional, and functional inspections to ensure products meet quality standards and specifications.

The position requires at least 1 year of QC experience, familiarity with calipers and blueprints, and solid English communication. Temporary-to-hire, with multiple shifts and a shift differential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum 1 year of Quality Control experience.
• Experience with precision measuring equipment.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints.
• Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Knowledge of SPC and ISO 9001/ISO 13485 requirements preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Ability to read, write, and communicate in English.

Responsibilities

• Perform visual, dimensional, and functional inspections.

• Follow product rejection, sample retention, and rework procedures.
• Perform final inspections on reworked products when required.

• Ability to stand, walk, bend, squat, twist, reach, and perform repetitive motions.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. occasionally and more than 20 lbs. frequently.
• May require occasional climbing and exposure to typical manufacturing environments.
