Balanced Body in Sacramento is seeking a Manufacturing Quality Inspector to join our team. You will participate in quality inspections, audits and report non-conforming materials or products, and use various machines to prototype parts for engineering.

You should be able to meet deadlines, show strong attention to detail, and work well both independently and in a team. The role demands excellent communication and process orientation in a fluid environment with shifting priorities.

Formación

• Minimum 1 year experience in Quality Inspection.
• Forklift certification is a plus.
• Knowledge of lock-out tag-out procedures
• Proficient in math
• Positive can-do attitude.
• Strong organizational skills
• Self-directed in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent time-management and ability to prioritize changing tasks with urgency to meet objectives and deadlines.

Responsabilidades

• Read and interpret engineering drawings, blueprints, instructions.
• Use calipers, micrometers, gauges and other measuring tools to determine dimensional data on components.
• Maintain parts and supply inventories in the MRP system.
• Perform QA functions and ensure quality standards are met.
• Inspect, audit, and report on incoming material and parts for extended periods.
• Forklift experience is desired.
• Perform other duties as required to support company needs.

Balanced Body is hiring!! We are seeking a Manufacturing Quality Inspector to join our team!

Candidates should be able to participate in quality inspections, audits and reporting of non-conforming materials or products. Will be able to use various machines to produce prototype parts for engineering.

To be successful in the position, you will be able to meet deadlines, demonstrate great attention to detail and consistency in following process, and work well individually and in a team environment. The individual we are seeking will be an excellent communicator and be process oriented. You should be comfortable working in a fluid environment where priorities may shift.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone that wants to grow in QC/QA and Machining.

Areas of Responsibility:

• Ability to read/interpret engineering drawings, blueprints, instructions.
• Uses calipers, micrometers, guages and other measuring instruments for determining dimensional data of components.
• Maintains parts, and supply inventories in the MRP system.
• Ability to perform QA functions.
• Inspect, audit and report on incoming material and parts for extended periods of time.

Work Schedule:

This position is onsite and full-time, Monday to Friday.
