Job summary

Aptiv Interconnect is seeking a Quality Inspector to ensure our products meet customer specifications through detailed inspections of parts, assemblies and first articles. The role emphasizes creating work methods sheets, communicating with suppliers, and tracking supplier performance metrics.

You will collaborate with production and quality teams to uphold ISO 9001 and AS9100 standards, write NCMRs, and support MRB meetings while driving quality improvements across the organization.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years experience in quality strongly preferred.
• Previous inspection of plastics/metals preferred.
• Knowledge of inspection equipment required.
• Experience with first article inspection/AS9102 first articles strongly preferred.
• Knowledge of ISO 9001 required.

Responsibilities

• Inspect detailed parts, assemblies and first articles.
