Quality Inspection Supervisor

The Quality Inspection Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the inspection and testing of products to ensure they meet specified standards. This role involves managing a team of quality control inspectors, documenting inspection outcomes, creating Quality Alerts and sorting instructions, and training to inspection instructions. The Quality Inspection Supervisor must have a keen eye for detail, excellent problem‑solving skills, and the ability to train and develop team members.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and lead the Quality Inspection Team.
• Inspect and test products to ensure they meet quality standards.
• Document inspection outcomes and maintain accurate records.
• Identify and address recurring quality issues. Create and distribute Quality Alerts when applicable.

• Knowledge of Gauge R&R, MSA, GD&T, and Layered Process Audits.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
