Qualifications

• Experience performing first article inspections and in-process inspections.
• Knowledge of GD&T and dimensional measurement techniques.
• Experience using inspection software to collect and report data.

Responsibilities

• Perform inspections using Romer Arm, Faro Arm, CMM, and other quality inspection equipment.
• Conduct first article, in-process, and final inspections to ensure products meet customer and industry requirements.
• Verify parts using GD&T principles and dimensional measurement techniques.
• Utilize PolyWorks and other inspection software to collect, analyze, and report dimensional data.
• Interpret blueprints, engineering drawings, specifications, and customer requirements.
• Maintain inspection records and quality documentation in accordance with company and customer standards.
• Support production teams by identifying quality concerns and assisting with corrective actions when needed.
