Qualifications

• 5 - 7 years experience in mechanical/electrical quality inspection or source inspection.
• Preferred certifications include ASQ CQI - Certified Quality Inspector.
• Ability to document findings accurately.

Responsibilities

• Perform on-site inspections at supplier location.
• Verify criteria highlighted in recent SCARs, confirming corrective actions.
• Dimensional compliance to the engineering prints and tolerances.
• Revision control and CIS (component inspection standard) adherence.
• AQL (Acceptable quality limit) sampling and random lot checks.
• Document findings with photos, measurements, and standardized reports.

Requirements

• Ability to read and interpret mechanical drawings (GD&T).
• Familiarity with electrical components.
• Proficient inspection tools (callipers, micrometres, gauges, etc.).

Certifications

Preferred - ASQ (American Society for Quality) CQI - Certified Quality Inspector or equivalent.

Experience

5 - 7 years in mechanical/electrical quality inspection or source inspection.
