Job summary

BHS Corrugated North America is seeking a detail-oriented Quality Inspector to join our Knoxville manufacturing team. You will inspect precision-machined corrugating rolls and cassettes, verify dimensions and tolerances, and ensure parts meet our quality standards before shipment.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years of quality inspection experience in manufacturing, proficiency with micrometers, calipers, and other precision tools, and the ability to read blueprints and GD&T.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of quality inspection experience in a manufacturing environment preferred.
• Experience using precision measuring tools (micrometers, calipers, dial indicators, bore gauges).
• Ability to read blueprints and engineering drawings; GD&T experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Perform incoming, in-process, and final inspections on manufactured components.
• Verify dimensions, tolerances, and overall product quality using precision measuring equipment.
• Read and interpret engineering drawings and specifications.
• Document inspection results and communicate quality issues to production.
• Identify non-conforming parts and support corrective actions.
• Help ensure products meet quality standards before shipment.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area while following safety procedures.

Quality Inspector – Manufacturing

BHS Corrugated is looking for a detail-oriented Quality Inspector to join our manufacturing team in Knoxville. In this role, you'll inspect precision-machined corrugating rolls and cassettes throughout the manufacturing process to ensure every product meets our high quality standards before it reaches our customers.

What You'll Do
