Join us and our growing business as we supply solutions that enable the latest defense technology!**Essential Functions:*** Works from blueprints, customer drawings, engineering change notices, military standards, and established operating procedures to determine acceptance, rejection or rework requirements of assembled units or supplier components* Conducts visual inspections with high level of accuracy to verify physical properties* Ensures the build and test manufacturing process has been completed* Proactively communicates errors and systemic trends to the quality organization* Enters data into software tools* Any other task assigned by your supervisor or management**Minimum Qualifications:*** Experience: 1-5 years experience as a Quality Inspector or Assembler in an electronics manufacturing environment required* Knowledge: Proficient with Microsoft Word and Excel* Skills/Abilities: Effective verbal and written communication skills; Competence to perform inspections using calipers, thread gages, scales, micro-hite; General PC skills, including Word, Excel and Oracle; Ability to interpret drawings and part specifications; Accurate color vision and depth perception; Vision corrected to 20/20; Ability to work in a team-oriented environment, including interfacing with Order Management, Internal Quality Engineers, Customers and other Internal Management personnel* Education/Certification: High School diploma or equivalent required.* **Eligibility Requirement:** This role requires access to U.S. export-controlled information. If applicable, final offers will be contingent on ability to obtain authorization for access to U.S. export-controlled information from the U.S. Government.
