Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience performing quality inspections/manufacturing.
• Understanding inspection techniques and ability to use inspection equipment (micrometers, calipers, CMM, microscope, height gages, etc.)
• Ability to read and interpret part/assembly drawings
• Computer proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Temp-to-hire, with full-time potential

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and perform incoming inspections.
• Update and maintain required incoming documentation and inspection logs.
• Measure objects and compare to physical specifications.
• Complete gauge calibrations and provide calibration documents/reports.
• Develop and upgrade departmental procedures (Quality Business System).
• Participate in the Quick Kaizen program to meet Continuous Improvement goals.
• Perform inspections and testing for special projects.
• Provide training and coaching on inspection and calibration methods.
• Coordinate and perform evaluations on returned products (RMA).
• Update RMA database entries and coordinate with Receiving, Customer Service, and Accounting.

Weekly Pay | Export, PA

Mon-Fri | 1st 6:30am-3:00pm | 2nd 8:30pm-5:00pm

• High School Diploma
• 1+ years of experience performing quality inspections/Manufacturing

The Job

• Measuring: Comparing objects to their intended physical specifications.
• Completegagecalibrations and provide detailed calibration documents/reports.
• Develop and upgrade departmental procedures (Quality Business System).
• Participate in the Quick Kaizen program to meet Continuous Improvement goals.
• Perform inspections and testing for special projects.
• Provide training and coaching on inspection and calibration methods.
• Coordinate and perform evaluations on returned products (Returned Material Authorization).
• Update and make entries into the RMA database.
• Coordinate RMA activities with Receiving, Customer Service, and Accounting.
• Assume responsibility for other projects and duties as assigned by Company management.

You Need

• Lift 50 lbs.
• Stand, walk, bend, kneel and reach for long periods
• Reliable transportation

Preferred Qualifications

• A.S. Degree/Technical Discipline
• 3 to 5 years’ experience with Quality Assurance Inspection Methods/Manufacturing
• ASQ Certifications (CMI, CQT)
• Experience in basic Metrology and Calibration
• Quality/Mechanical Lab experience
