AREA TEMPS, INC. is looking for Quality Inspectors in Elyria, Ohio, to conduct thorough testing and inspections throughout the manufacturing process. Your responsibilities will include documenting inspection results, ensuring gauges are calibrated, and verifying compliance with specified requirements.

Ideal candidates will be able to perform both destructive and non-destructive testing, as well as record statistical data on inspection results. Work hours are during the first shift, from 6:45 a.m. to 7:15 p.m.

Responsibilities

• Conduct and document inspection results on all products or assemblies.
• Perform special testing as required by work instructions.
• Ensure gauges are calibrated and verify conformity to specifications.
• Record statistical data relevant to tests and inspections.
• Set-up and perform destructive and non-destructive tests.
• Stamp, tag, or mark approval or rejection on product.

Job description

A manufacturing company is seeking Quality Inspectors to test, inspect, and document in-house verifications/inspections through all stages of manufacturing. Work hours are first shift from 6:45 a.m. to 7:15 p.m.

Job Responsibilities

• Conduct and document inspection results, receiving inspections, and first piece, final, and in-process inspections on all products or assemblies
• Perform special testing on products or assemblies that require special testing per work instructions
• Ensure gauges are calibrated
• Verify product, materials, parts, etc. conform to specified requirements
• Record test, inspection data, and apply statistical where appropriate
• Set-up and perform destructive and non-destructive tests on materials, parts, or products
• Stamp, tag, or mark approval or rejection on product
