This full-time role involves developing quality control programs, conducting inspections, and maintaining QA documentation, requiring extensive experience and technical knowledge in the EMS industry.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in NPD, in-process, and customer quality in EMS industry.
• Experience in handling NPD QA and customer complaints analysis.
• Technical skills in SMT process, soldering, and APQP.

Responsibilities

• Develop the CMM & Contour program for all NPD parts.
• Perform patrol and first-off inspections and reduce customer complaints.
• Conduct DRM to initiate RC/CA and maintain QA documents related to machine shop.
• Inspect parts during in-process machining and final inspection.

We are seeking a highly motivated Engineer to join our Quality team on a full-time basis.

Major Responsibilities & Accountabilities:

• Develop the CMM & Contour program for all NPD parts.
• Perform patrol and first-off inspections as per schedule and reduce customer complaints.
• Conduct DRM to initiate RC/CA and maintain QA documents related to machine shop.
• Maintain quality equipment in good condition.
• Inspect parts timely during in-process machining and final inspection.
• Perform MSA studies for all critical parameters checking instruments.
• Establish OEM process documents (PPAP) and conduct process capability studies (SPC) for special characteristics.

Requirements

Academic/Professional Education:

• Technical skills/knowledge in SMT process, soldering, and APQP.
