Job summary

MDI Custom Injection Molding seeks a Quality Inspector to ensure our parts meet customer specifications through rigorous visual and dimensional checks across production stages.

You will document results, follow control plans, and train operators to uphold quality. A fast-paced team environment in Ohio requires attention to detail and effective communication; injection-molding experience is preferred but not mandatory.

Qualifications

• Visual quality checks against written specs.
• Ability to read blueprints and drawings.
• Proficiency with measuring tools (calipers, micrometers).
• Basic computer skills (Excel, Outlook) required.

Responsibilities

• Perform visual and dimensional inspections of parts at each production stage.
• Follow control plans for active jobs in production.
• Document inspection results and communicate to production leaders.
• Train operators to verify quality across parts in production.
