Job summary

Insight Global is seeking a Quality Inspector to support quality inspections within a medical device manufacturing environment. You will inspect incoming materials and components to ensure they meet engineering and quality specs before release to production.

Ideal candidates have hands-on inspection experience, are proficient with calipers and pin gauges, and can read engineering drawings. You will collaborate with warehouse, quality, and production teams to maintain product quality and support

Job Description

We are seeking a Quality Inspector to support quality inspections within a medical device manufacturing environment. This role is responsible for inspecting incoming materials and components to ensure they meet engineering and quality specifications before release to production. The ideal candidate has hands-on inspection experience, is proficient with measurement tools such as calipers and pin gauges, and can accurately interpret engineering drawings. This individual will work closely with warehouse, quality, and production teams to maintain product quality and support efficient manufacturing operations. Candidates must be willing to go onsite in Arvada, CO.

Pay range: $32-35/hr based on experience

Skills and Requirements

• Hands-on experience performing incoming inspections on raw materials, components, and finished goods to ensure compliance with quality and engineering specifications
• Proficient in the use of precision measurement tools, including calipers and pin gauges, to perform accurate dimensional inspections and verify tolerances
• Experience utilizing a variety of inspection and test equipment to evaluate incoming materials and ensure they meet established quality standards
• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings
• Experience documenting inspection results, completing quality records, and maintaining accurate inspection data in accordance with company procedures
• Comfortable working with warehouse and production teams
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Medical device inspection experience
• Incoming inspection of plastics, resin, tubing, or similar materials
• Experience in an FDA-regulated environment
• Clean-room or hood environment experience
