Qualifications

• Associate degree or QA inspection certification required.
• Minimum 5 years of quality inspection experience in manufacturing.
• Experience in incoming, in-process, and final inspections.
• Proficiency with calipers and measurement tools.
• Ability to read engineering drawings and inspection criteria.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate daily Inspection Department activities.
• Provide guidance and mentorship to Quality Control Technicians.
• Manage inspection priorities and workflow for materials and finished goods.
• Perform incoming, in-process, and final inspections on medical device products.
• Ensure inspection documentation and records meet quality system requirements.
