A healthcare organization is seeking a Data Analyst to evaluate data and provide insights that drive decision-making in reducing care costs and improving clinical outcomes. This role involves extensive collaboration with business stakeholders and supporting initiatives through data analysis and recommendations. Evaluate data and insights from extensive and integrated data sets to enable data-driven decision making to reduce overall cost of care and improve clinical outcomes for members. Work collaboratively with key business stakeholders to identify areas of value, develop solutions, and deliver insights.
Bachelor's degree in business, economics, statistics, mathematics, actuarial science, public health, health informatics, healthcare administration, finance or related field or equivalent experience. Master's degree preferred. 4+ years of experience in business process, data analysis, or requirements analysis. Healthcare, analytics delivery, project management, and/or IT experience preferred. Experience with HEDIS, NCQA, Medicare Star Rating System, QRS, or other quality measures preferred.
Pay Range: $68,700.00 - $123,700.00 per year

Actual pay will be adjusted based on an individual's skills, experience, education, and other job-related factors permitted by law, including full-time or part-time status. Total compensation may also include additional forms of incentives. Benefits may be subject to program eligibility.
