Front Desk Agent (Full-Time) - Immediate Hiring for All Shifts

We are looking for reliable, customer-focused Front Desk Agents to join our team. This is a full-time position, and we are hiring for morning (7 AM – 3 PM), evening (3 PM – 11 PM), and night (11 PM – 7 AM) shifts. Candidates must have at least one year of hotel experience and two years of customer service experience.

Responsibilities:

  • Register and assign rooms to guests
  • Confirm phone and online reservations
  • Respond to guest inquiries, requests, and complaints professionally and promptly
  • Collect payments and process transactions accurately
  • Maintain records of occupied rooms and guest details
  • Communicate guest needs and concerns to the appropriate departments

Qualifications:

  • Hotel experience: Minimum 1 year (Required)
  • Customer service experience: Minimum 2 years (Required)
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in English
  • Ability to build rapport with guests and provide exceptional service
  • Highly organized and able to multitask efficiently
  • Must be professional, responsible, and proactive
