Job summary

CN Guidance & Counseling Services is seeking a Program Quality Improvement Manager to develop and monitor program goals and outcomes, and to provide quality improvement training for staff to facilitate achievement of goals.

This role ensures compliance with licensed programs, conducts audits, and leads data-driven improvements across the agency. Strong collaboration with leadership and a commitment to inclusive, safe practices are essential.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in health and human services.
  • Master's degree with a license in health and human services preferred.
  • Four years' experience in behavioral health program operations.
  • Knowledge of quality management issues.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and monitor program outcome measures and maintain data.
  • Develop and monitor program satisfaction survey process and data.
  • Maintain current regulatory guidelines for all licensed programs and monitor activities.
  • Conduct announced and unannounced audits of randomly selected program records.
  • Participate in investigation of incidents as required.
  • Identify problem areas and assist in developing systems to overcome challenges.
  • Assist training programs for staff using internal and external resources.
  • Participate in task groups and committees for quality improvement initiatives.
  • Identify and implement quality improvement trainings as part of professional development.
  • Complete QI Training during onboarding and refreshers as needed.
  • Cultivate an inclusive culture and safety-conscious work environment.

Experience Required

Knowledge of quality management issues. Four years' experience in behavioral health program operations.

Duties and Responsibilities
  • Develop and monitor program outcome measures and maintain statistical data on same;
  • Develop and monitor program satisfaction survey process and maintain statistical data on same;
  • Maintain current regulatory guidelines for all licensed programs and monitor program activities against these guidelines;
  • Conduct announced and unannounced audits of randomly selected program records;
  • Participate in investigation of incidents as required;
  • Identify problem areas/specific topics/problematic policies or undesirable outcomes within the department in cooperation with the Directors and senior management staff and assist in developing systems to overcome challenges;
  • Assist and/or participate in training programs for staff utilizing internal and external resources including, but not limited to, experienced staff to offer trainings, outside consultants, printed materials, videos;
  • Participate in task groups and committees that work towards overall agency Quality improvement initiatives.
  • Identify and implement quality improvement trainings and activities as part of professional development goals
  • Complete QI Training during onboarding and participate in QI refresher training as needed.
