Job summary

Gulf Coast JFCS in Florida is seeking a program quality specialist to conduct quality program reviews and prepare monitoring reports. You will support programs to identify areas for improvement and ensure corrective action plans are implemented and tracked, while reviewing incidents and ensuring compliance with accreditation standards.

The role supports the Director in funder-related activities, audits, and meetings, with additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university with two years experience working in a human services field.
  • In place of a degree relevant multiple years of experience may substitute.
  • Computer literate and competent in using Microsoft Office Suites SharePoint.
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
  • Ability to lift and/or carry office supplies files etc up to 25 lbs.
  • Must be able to travel to meet the needs of the programs.
  • Must have a valid drivers license with current auto insurance coverage.
