Job summary

Qualifications

• RN license and active BLS certification.
• Minimum 3 years of clinical or quality improvement experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead or assist quality improvement programs and processes.
• Aggregate and analyze data from databases to support evidence-based practices.
• Participate in committees and teams addressing Quality, Safety, Infection Prevention, and Performance Improvement.
• Execute project tasks related to Performance Improvement across departments.
• Monitor medical staff performance and hospital-wide quality initiatives.
