Help shape a culture where safety, learning, and continuous improvement are part of how we care for our patients and support our team! As a Safety Management Coordinator, you will play a key role in Augusta Health’s Quality Management System, using data, collaboration, and improvement science to identify opportunities, understand what happened, and help teams prevent future events. You’ll manage and analyze event reporting, facilitate debriefs and root cause analyses, conduct safety rounding, and translate trends and outcomes into meaningful insights for leaders and teams. This is a highly collaborative role that works across the organization with clinical leaders, department directors, Risk Management, and healthcare professionals. You’ll have the opportunity to influence patient safety and quality outcomes through education, proactive risk identification, and improvement initiatives.
The pay range reflects the current compensation range for this position at the time of posting. Individual offers are determined based on directly related experience, skills, education, internal equity, and other job-related factors. Not all candidates will qualify for the upper end of the posted range.
