We have an opening for a
Quality Improvement Advisor (QIA) III, Hospital Expert - Remote
(Must reside in UT, WA, or boarding states)

The QIA III, Hospital Expert (Full-Time, Remote, Must Reside in UT, WA, or Boarding State) is a Manager of Hospitals and will be responsible for overseeing and ensuring the success of quality improvement initiatives within clinician offices across a designated region.
Essential Functions
  • Will manage a team of Quality Improvement Advisors (QIAs) to ensure the delivery of effective technical assistance (TA), achievement of project goals, and compliance with deliverables.
  • Will act as the primary point of accountability for the performance of their assigned setting and will work collaboratively with state and regional leadership teams to standardize processes, identify opportunities for improvement, address challenges, and ensure the alignment of interventions with organizational and project-wide goals.
  • Will be responsible for partner engagement strategy across the region, including management of relationships with state, regional and national partners.

The QIA III, Hospital Expert position is a full-time remote position in Utah, Washington, or bordering state. The successful candidate would have excellent written and verbal communication, organizational skills, and attention to detail. A minimum of 15 years' healthcare experience, and 3 years of previous supervisory and/or leadership experience preferred.This position requires travel up to 15-60%. The targetcompensation for this position is $78,000 - $104,000 a year. The first review of candidates will be on July 2, 2025, and continually reviewed every 5 days after.
