Job summary

CompHealth is seeking a Quality Risk Management Specialist near Albuquerque, NM. The role collaborates with nursing leadership, medical staff, and operational teams to sustain survey readiness, improve performance, ensure patient safety, and maintain CMS/CAH accreditation compliance.

Reports to the VP of Risk & Professional Practice Development. There is potential to work 1 day remotely; a sign-on bonus and relocation assistance are available.

Qualifications

• RN license is required.
• Experience in risk management or patient safety is preferred.
• Knowledge of CMS, CAH, and accreditation standards is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with nursing leadership and medical staff to promote survey readiness and patient safety.
• Support performance improvement initiatives and regulatory compliance.
• Coordinate with operational teams and leadership to ensure standards are met and reviewed.
