Job summary

Caterpillar Remanufacturing in Corinth, MS seeks a Quality I to inspect components per work instructions, blueprints and reusability guidelines. You will work in a fast-paced, safety- and quality-focused environment as part of a team, with potential mag equipment use.

The role offers 2nd shift (3 PM–1 AM), starting pay $19.75/hour, overtime potential, and a comprehensive benefits package including 401(k) match and PTO. Strong reading, forklift and inspection experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Basic computer experience; read and enter data.
• Ability to read/write and interpret documents.
• Experience with Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Prior use of hoists.
• Knowledge of engines and components.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.

Responsibilities

• Perform inspection of components per work instructions.
• Work in a fast-paced, safety- and quality-focused environment.
• Interpret blueprints and use Factory Process/EPIX/MES/PinPoint as needed.
• Handle tooling and measurement equipment.
• Operate hand and cordless tools and gauges.
• May require heavy equipment operation to move parts.
