Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Knowledge of entire production flow (assembly, testing, packaging).
• Basic computer skills and understanding of manufacturing operations.
• Must stand, bend, and walk for extended periods.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and adapt to changing priorities.
• Detail-oriented and works well in a team.
• Flexibility to work overtime with little notice.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and execute 100% quality gate inspections at critical manufacturing stages to identify defects and non-conformities.
• Document inspection results, and ensure corrective actions including active training (or re-training) are implemented promptly in the moment.
• Drive shift team in allocating, coordinating, and overseeing shift orders and work plan execution within production lines to meet production targets.
• Conduct all types of production assembly work including testing, packaging, inspection.
