Job summary

Thrive Orthopedics designs and manufactures high-performance carbon fiber ankle-foot orthoses and related orthopedic products. We are seeking a meticulous Quality & Fulfillment Technician who inspects every device for defects and also supports daily order fulfillment as needed.

The role requires a sharp eye for detail, the ability to follow checklists, and comfort working in a small-team environment. You will log inspection results, tag nonconforming items, and help ship orders accurately and on

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Detail-oriented with patient, thorough checking.
• Ability to follow step-by-step instructions and checklists.
• Basic computer skills (email, simple data entry, barcode scanner).
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Inspect incoming materials and finished carbon fiber braces for defects.
• Fill out inspection checklists and log lot numbers.
• Tag and separate nonconforming product; communicate findings to supervisor.
• Support fulfillment tasks: picking, packing, labeling, and shipping.
• Assist with receiving, cycle counts, and returns processing.
• Generate shipping labels and process shipments with carriers.
• Keep inspection area clean and organized.
