Job summary

Hireology is seeking a Quality Control Manager to oversee the local facility's quality programs in compliance with NWF standards, ensuring the quality of production and materials, and training employees on proper procedures.

You will lead HACCP and GMP programs, conduct internal and external audits, manage product controls and customer complaints, and mentor QA staff while coordinating with R&D and suppliers.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences or 3-5 years of comparable managerial experience.
• Knowledge of HACCP, GMP, and food safety audits.
• Strong communication, analytical, organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and implement quality and food safety programs across the facility.
• Provide training and mentorship to quality personnel.
• Conduct HACCP and safety audits and manage corrective actions.
• Oversee lab equipment calibration and maintenance.
• Coordinate customer communications and issue resolution.
• Manage recalls, product controls, and supplier deviations.
• Travel up to 25% to Montgomery.
