Newly Weds Foods is seeking a Quality Control Manager to lead quality programs and ensure product quality aligns with customer expectations across the facility.

You will manage audits (internal and external), train staff on safety and procedures, and collaborate with R&D and manufacturing to drive root cause analyses and corrective actions.

This fast-paced plant role requires HACCP, GMP, and BRC knowledge, with travel up to 25% and a commitment to food safety and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or 3-5 years of managerial experience in food manufacturing with QA/R&D/Technical Services.

Responsibilities

• Identify and lead quality and food safety programs to meet customer expectations.
• Define and lead internal and external quality and food safety audits.
• Train factory employees on safety, procedures and SDS requirements.
• Provide input into product and process development to ensure consistency.
