Job summary

BTD Manufacturing is seeking a warehouse/inventory professional to support QA and ISO compliance. The role involves performing FPC/LPC, EQCP QA checks, LPA audits, and real-time updates to SQI processes.

The candidate will identify efficiency improvements, generate non-conformance notices, handle incoming inspections, and assist with training coordination. The ideal candidate has a high school diploma and hands-on experience with warehouse activities, inventory control, and MS Office.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience with warehouse activities and inventory control preferred.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word).

Responsibilities

• Performs FPC/LPC as required per site.
• Performs EQCP QA checks as needed.
• Performs LPA audit activities to ensure ISO requirements are met.
• Capable of updating EQCP's real time as needed.
• Capable of identifying and reporting SWI improvements so SWI's can be updated real time.
• Identifies opportunities to eliminate or consolidate unnecessary EQCP checks to speed up productivity while maintaining part quality.
• Capable of generating Non-Conformance notifications (RA) and communicating appropriately.
• Capable of creating or updating patterns as needed per site.
• Capable of doing incoming receiving inspection and does inspections as needed.
• Capable of helping with PPI's as needed.
• Accurately tracks and reports daily tasks to assure that productivity requirements are being achieved.
• Works with QA leadership, Operations leadership, and L&D to ensure operator training needs are met.

Essential Functions:

Qualifications, Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

Graduation from high school or equivalent.

Experience and Skills Required:

• Working knowledge of warehouse activities and inventory control.


• Working knowledge of computerized inventory.


• Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Outlook, Word, and Axapta.


• Ability to exercise problem analysis and problem resolution.


• Knowledge of related safety requirements to include proper use of safety equipment and proper safety precautions.


• Ability to understand, follow, and issue routine oral and written instructions.


• Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with others.
