Job summary

MAHLE Thermal and Filter Systems US is seeking a Quality Manager to drive the Quality Mind-set across product and manufacturing processes. This role ensures alignment with customer, internal, and regulatory requirements while leading a safety-conscious, organized environment.

You will monitor processes, inspect products, review specifications and warranty contracts, and train team members to uphold first-time quality. Strong analytical and leadership skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Direct experience in a similar role within the industry.
• Experience with ISO 9001 quality systems and standards.
• Strong team leadership and supervisory experience.
• Proficient in root cause analysis and problem-solving tools.
• Knowledge of manufacturing processes and quality inspections.
• Strong analytical and reporting skills.

Responsibilities

• Communicate the Quality Mind-set, policies, procedures, specifications, and standards to ensure alignment with requirements.
• Monitor and report on internal processes, inspect products, and gather product feedback from customers.
• Ensure environments are safe, organized, and compliant with legal obligations.
• Review customer specifications, procedures, and warranty contracts for compliance.
• Ensure manufacturing documentation reflects customer and internal requirements for first-time quality.
• Oversee product inspections and train team members as needed.
• Support new product launches and development projects to identify improvements and deviations from standards.
• Compile customer feedback and prepare reports communicating satisfaction.
• Consider opportunities to reduce carbon footprint and support community activities.
