Qualifications

• 5+ years of progressive experience in Quality Management and Continuous Improvement.
• Proven experience implementing QA/QC methodologies (IQC, IPQC, OQC, SCP).
• Strong experience managing ISO 9001 and AIB programs.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise the Quality Control team, setting clear expectations.
• Develop, implement, and maintain the Quality Management System (QMS).
• Partner with Customer Service to align with customer requirements.
