Job summary

ResourceMFG in Roseville, MN is seeking a qualified Quality Equipment Technician to support manufacturing operations and R&D. You will calibrate, maintain, and document testing equipment to ensure accuracy and regulatory compliance.

The role requires attention to detail and experience in regulated environments; medical device experience is highly preferred. Schedule is Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM, with on-site work and strong emphasis on documentation control.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Associate degree, technical certification, or ISO 17025 Training preferred.
• Experience calibrating and performing preventive maintenance on regulated equipment; medical device experience is highly preferred.
• Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and other computer software applications.
• Experience using an electronic Quality Management System (eQMS) is a plus.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Perform calibration, preventive maintenance, and routine inspections on testing and measuring equipment.
• Ensure tools, gauges, and production equipment function accurately and reliably.
• Coordinate and schedule external calibration and maintenance services.
• Maintain equipment records, calibration logs, and preventive maintenance documentation.
• Manage calibration records within an electronic Quality Management System (eQMS).
• Prepare and maintain equipment-related documentation per company procedures.
• Support manufacturing and R&D teams by ensuring equipment availability and compliance.
• Assist with equipment troubleshooting and coordinate repairs when necessary.
• Ensure compliance with applicable quality and regulatory requirements.

Quality Equipment Technician

Pay: $25-$30/hour
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-5:00 PM

Position Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented Quality Equipment Technician to support manufacturing operations and research and development activities. This role is responsible for ensuring all testing and measuring equipment is calibrated, properly maintained, fully functional, and compliant with quality standards. The ideal candidate will have experience working with technical equipment in a regulated environment and a strong commitment to accuracy and documentation.
