Job summary

Continental is seeking an Engineering Supervisor of Quality Management to ensure robust Quality Control plans and compliance with Central PoMs and IATF across designated areas. You will lead quality analysis, supervise technicians, and support root-cause investigations while coordinating with plants and central teams.

The role emphasizes leadership, data analysis, and driving corrective actions through core quality tools. Extensive travel and a strong quality background are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering is required.
• 5+ years QA experience preferred.
• Leadership experience preferred.
• US work authorization required; no visa sponsorship offered.

Responsibilities

• Supervise CTD Analysis Tech and Tire Cutter Technician.
• Analyze benchmark results and quality objectives across plants.
• Perform statistical and capability analysis with reporting.
• Lead and assist with TS16949 certification and compliance.
• Lead local QMS requirements and maintenance of work instructions.
• Support 4D and 8D investigations and root cause analysis.
• Promote and lead quality initiatives and projects.
• Ensure yearly Gauge R&R studies are performed and reported.
• Assist with FOCUS and FAM topics analysis.
• Perform capability studies for new equipment and processes.
• Prepare for and support internal, customer, PPS and IATF audits.
