Position Summary:

As we scale rapidly, we are seeking a Quality Engineering (QE) Manager who is passionate about delivering world-class product quality through robust automation, smart tooling, and modern testing strategies across a fast-paced Agile environment.

What You'll Do:

  • Lead, mentor, and managea high-performing QE team across multiple workstreams, providing technical guidance and career growth opportunities.
  • Drive test automation strategy and executionacrossUI, API, mobile, and microservices, using tools likeSelenium, ReadyAPI, Katalon Studio, and Mabl.
  • Own and improve the release process, ensuring high-quality, timely delivery with tight coordination across engineering, QA, and product teams.
  • Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and DevOps to promoteshift-left testingand seamlessSDLC integration.
  • Oversee functional andnon-functional testing, includingperformance(e.g., JMeter, k6) andsecurity testing(e.g., OWASP, Burp Suite, Snyk).
  • Champion the use ofGenAI toolsto streamline testing workflows, accelerate automation, and improve test quality.
  • Ensure creation, review, and maintenance oftest deliverables—test plans, traceability matrices, execution reports, and release sign-offs.
  • Apply deep understanding ofAgile-aligned SDLC processes, embedding quality practices in every stage of development.
  • Drive the integration ofautomated tests into CI/CD pipelinesusing tools like GitHub Actions, Jenkins, or CircleCI.
  • Plan and manage resources, team capacity, and hiring to support evolving QA and product demands.
  • Assist with Autmation/Gen AI tools POCs
What We're Looking For:
  • 8+ years of experience in Quality Engineering, including 3+ years in aleadership or managerial role.
  • Deep hands-on experience withautomation across UI, API, microservices, and mobile platforms.
  • Proficiency with tools such asSelenium, ReadyAPI, Katalon Studio, Mabl, and mobile test frameworks (e.g., Appium).
  • Strong grasp ofAgile SDLC, with a track record of creating and reviewing high-quality test documentation and deliverables.
  • Proven experience managingrelease cycles, with ownership of quality gates and Go/No-Go decision-making.
  • Background in testingmicroservices-based systemsand API-first architectures.
  • Familiarity withGenAI tools in QAis a plus (e.g., for test case generation, defect triage).
  • Experience withperformance and security testing, including both strategy and tooling.
  • Skilled intest management, resource planning, and mentoring engineers of all experience levels.
  • Strongself-startermentality with the ability to take initiative and drive cross-functional improvements.
  • Healthcare or regulated industry experienceis a strong advantage.

Salary Range: 140,000 - 165,000
