The Quality Manager is responsible for leading and continuously improving the quality organization and Quality Management System (QMS) at Senior Metal Bellows. This role ensures that products and processes consistently meet customer, regulatory, and internal quality requirements while supporting the company's operational and strategic objectives.
Reporting to the Director of Engineering, the Quality Manager provides leadership across quality assurance, quality control (including calibration), customer quality, supplier quality, and quality-system compliance. The Quality Manager has the authority and accountability to establish and enforce quality requirements, elevate significant quality risks, and require appropriate corrective action when product or process conformity is at risk. Working collaboratively with Engineering, Operations, Supply Chain, and other functions, this position drives a culture of quality, accountability, continuous improvement, and customer satisfaction.

Hiring Range: 130,000 - 145,000
