Job summary

Global Recruiters of Bentonville (GRN) is seeking a Quality Manager for our aerospace manufacturing facility in California. The role leads the Quality Engineering and Quality Inspection teams to ensure compliance with customer, industry, and regulatory standards.

You will develop the team, implement QMS, and drive continuous improvement to enhance product reliability and customer satisfaction. Strong AS9100 and ISO 9001 knowledge required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, business, or related field.
• 5+ years of aerospace quality management experience.
• Experience leading teams and conducting audits.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Quality Engineering and Quality Inspection teams to ensure compliance with customer, industry, and regulatory standards.
• Maintain and develop QMS in compliance with AS9100, ISO 9001, and other standards.
• Conduct regular internal audits and inspections to verify adherence to standards.
• Analyze quality data and implement corrective actions to address non-conformances.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve quality issues.
• Interface with customers and suppliers to ensure needs and expectations are met.

Aerospace Manufacturing and experience with AS9100 Quality Management required.

The Quality Manager will lead the Quality Engineering and Quality Inspection teams in our aerospace manufacturing facility. This position will develop the team to ensure compliance with company, customer, industry, and regulatory standards and requirements.

The Quality Manager will lead a team of quality professionals, implement quality management systems, and drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance product reliability and customer satisfaction.

• Maintain and develop quality management systems (QMS) in compliance with industry standards.
• Conduct regular audits and inspections to ensure adherence to AS9100 and other quality standards.
• Analyze quality data and implement corrective actions to address non-conformances.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve quality issues.
• Interface with internal and external customers and suppliers to ensure needs are met, and expectations are satisfied.
• Support new product development and introduction processes.
• Manage the calibration and maintenance of inspection equipment.

What We Are Looking For:

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, business, or a related field. 5+ years of experience in quality management within the aerospace manufacturing industry.
• Proven experience leading teams through business changes. Coaching, mentoring, and motivating teams.
• Strong knowledge of quality management systems (QMS) and industry standards (e.g., AS9100, ISO 9001, 14 CFR part 21). Internal auditor training and certification is a plus.
