Job summary

Rise Technical is seeking a hands-on Quality leader for an aerospace precision manufacturer in Baltimore. You will manage ~9 Quality professionals, own the QMS, and ensure audits are audit-ready as the company grows. You'll work closely with shop floor, solve technical challenges and drive quality improvements.

This role offers a strong compensation package with up to 10% bonus and comprehensive benefits, including 401(k) and medical options.

Qualifications

• Proven Quality leadership experience within Aerospace precision machining.
• Strong AS9100 QMS ownership and audit experience.
• Technically confident reading blueprints, GD&T and tight-tolerance parts.
