The Quality Engineering Manager will lead the quality assurance and reliability engineering functions, drive continuous improvement, and collaborate across engineering, operations, and service teams to ensure customer satisfaction and compliance with industry standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality Engineering, Reliability Engineering or related field.
• 7–10+ years in quality engineering/QA or manufacturing engineering.
• 3–5+ years in leadership or management.
• Experience in manufacturing, industrial equipment, or food processing equipment preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and own the Quality Management System (QMS).
• Ensure compliance with industry, customer, and regulatory requirements.
• Establish quality objectives, metrics, and reporting processes.
• Lead quality audits and support certification activities.
• Lead the engineering team in product and process quality improvements.
• Define inspection, testing, validation, and acceptance criteria.
• Utilize RCA, CAPA, FMEA, and Control Plans; apply Six Sigma/Lean tools.
• Improve field reliability and monitor warranty data.
• Investigate customer quality concerns and coordinate corrective actions.
• Mentor quality staff and align goals with corporate objectives.
