Job summary

7-Eleven is seeking a Senior QA Engineering Manager to lead the quality engineering function in a hybrid environment with agile teams. You will refine testing strategies, drive automation, and ensure customer-facing quality across multiple squads and releases.

You will hire and mentor QA staff, collaborate with product and engineering on sprint plans, and establish KPI-driven metrics for testing effectiveness and environment provisioning.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of software engineering experience with 4+ years in test engineering leadership.
• Experience defining testing strategies and ensuring quality across customer-facing systems.
• Strong automation experience and modern software delivery practices.

Responsibilities

• Lead quality engineering teams in a hybrid Agile environment.
• Define and refine testing strategy and framework across squads.
• Build and mentor QA team, including hiring and coaching.
